Sora Reyes is a California born artist who will likely die surrounded by books. A self proclaimed nerd, she attended her first San Diego Comic-Con in 2003 and has never missed a year since. Ask anyone and they can attest that the nerd culture has deeply been a part of her life since childhood (former Duck Hunt master) and as a result as been an impactful influence on her artistic aesthetic and style. A proud military brat who’s lived all over the place, she decided to uproot herself and move to London to earn her BA in Graphic Design at LCC. She’s only traveled a bit around Europe and her home country, but she’s very keen to travel more and earn more stamps on her passport which she’ll be addressing this summer by driving from London to Mongolia (that’s 10,000 miles) in the name of charity and adventure.
She’s a podcaster and graphic designer for The Baker Street Babes Podcast, a female only group of Sherlock affectionados from all over the world. She enjoys hosting fan groups, going to as many comic and anime conventions as possible, and pulling people into the nerdy culture. She also likes to change the colour of her hair on a semi-monthly basis. It’s always changing and always an unnatural colour.
